Area: 9000 acres (8232 in the ground “Lot No 17” + 0.938 built on the sea “Lot No18” ). These two development properties come together and cannot be divided.

Location: North of Huahine,10 minutes from the airport (îles Sous-Le-Vent, French Polynesia). It faces the coral garden.

This area boasts a unique setting, surrounded by water on three sides having all the advantages of an island without its disadvantages. The beach is natural and the illuminated garden is efficiently service maintained. Access is by a tarmac road or by the lagoon. A large brick bulilding that housed the staff and service rooms has been preserved. The building has a floor and is set back from the beach.

Huahine, part of the Society Islands archipelago, is one of the most beautiful islands in Polynesia and has lush vegetation. It lies about 105 miles from Tahiti, the largest city.
